Discrepancy of O.R. No. 808985 dated June 28, 2019. I was in a hurry due to lack of time and as
recommended deposited Php. 30 in compliance for this issue.

Good day. This letter contains my written explanation regarding the incident about the O.R.
Discrepancy of O.R. No. 801883 dated June 17, 2019. The amount in word and the amount in
DCR are the same. It’s Php.40 but the Audit mistook it as Php110. As recommended deposited
Php. 70 in compliance for this issue.
Rest assured that I will try to make my penmanship be clear as possible.
