Zuela bags Award during BEED Science Microteaching

Danish Zuela won the highest award in the BEED Microteaching last
December 6, 2018.

The activity was conducted during 14th foundation day of the College of
Education with the theme of ”Embracing the challenges and Architecting the
Future Directions of the New Teacher Education Curriculum” . Danish Zuela,
fourth year student, won the first place over the 4 contestants who joined the
activity. It was facilitated by the faculty teachers headed by Nadine Iraula and Rey
Cornel.
“To prepare young educators to the student congress and to let them be
exposed to the real world situation were the purposes of this activity,” Analyn
Albus, President of the student Council, said.
The demo teaching was conducted on the Grade 5 students composed of
15 students, 8 boys and 7 girls, of Abucayan Elementary School. The BEED
Microteaching was held at Abucayan Elementary School.
