Government Accountability Office 441 G Sweet, NW Washington, DC 20548 Dear Mr, Dodaro, We are writing to request updated information on federal funding for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHICS), Planned Parenthood Federation of America International Planned Parenthood Federation, MSI Reproductive Choices formerly known as Marie Stopes International, and four ‘domestic abortion providers ‘The Government Accountability Office (GAO) has prepared several congressionally requested report on federal funds forthe aforementioned organizations. We are grate forthe pas, products and respectfully request the GAO provide a similar report covering fiscal years 2019- 2021. Proper oversight of public funds and programs is crucial for determining the vale ofthe ‘goods and services provided to and funded by American taxpayers. The information sought in this inquiry is instrumental for polieymakers andthe public alike. Its our hope that this report will provide greater insight as Congress considers funding levels and provides increased ‘ranspareney and openness for our eanstituencies andthe genoral public ‘To this end, we espectlly request thatthe GAO identify the following for fiscal years 2019- 201 ederally Qualified Health Centers: ‘Federal obligation, disbursements, and expencitures of federal funds by or to FQ in cach fiscal year, 2019-202. This data should include anomalies such as Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans and loan forgiveness. ‘Data on the numberof individuals served and the types of visits provide, including preventative services provide, Planned Parenthood Federation of America (including affiliates): ‘Federal obligations, disbursements, and the expenditures of federal funds by each ofthese ‘organizations in each fiscal year, 2019-2021, This data should include anomalies such as Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans and loan forgiveness. + The federal agencies’ (Such asthe Administration for Children & Families and any other agency or sub-agency that funds activities that Planned Parenthood may provide) funding sources (eg, block grants), and programs associated with these federal funds (including, Medicaid and Title X).
