MANIFESTATION
COMES NOW the Defendants through the undersigned counsel unto
this Honorable Court most humbly and respectfully manifests that:

1. On July 7, 2021, undersigned counsel received an Order from this

Honorable Court dated June 28, 2021, that om said date the “pre-trial of
this case was set and that undersigned counsel was absent despite being
notified thru e-mail.

2. Undersigned would like to call the attention of the Honorable Court

that on October 29, 2020, counsel of record-Atty. Ross Joseph R.
Romanillos, now on leave, filed with this Honorable Court his
“Compliance with Manifestation”, stating among others that counsel in
charge/handling lawyers for this case is Atty. Aris J. Talens and Atty.
Felix J. Flores III included therein their e-mail addresses
ajt_ftr@yahoo.com and attyjayfloresiii@gmail.com respectively.

3. Undersigned counsel did not receive an e-mail notification from this

Honorable Court regarding the “Pre-Trial Conference” set last June 28,
2021 at 8:30 in the morning, that is why undersigned was not present
during said hearing date.
4. Hence, the undersigned most humbly and respectfully manifests
that all summons, pleadings and notices be sent to the undersigned’s
address and contact details, since he is now the Lawyer-in-
charge/handling lawyer for the above-entitled case.

5. This motion is not intended for the delay of the proceedings but for
the ultimate ends of due process and justice.
