awareness by redesigning their website. The company has a plan to add 15k new
users each month starting from Q4”

What makes this goal specific? Does it provide enough detail to avoid
ambiguity?
Response: The team knows how to redesign the website and build a landing
page.Marketingteam already tracks the number of unique visitors.

What makes this goal measurable? Does it include metrics to gauge success?
Response: The goal will be complete when the number of unique monthly
visitors on the company’s website will be 15k or more compared to the time
before the plant pal service launch.

What makes this goal attainable? Is it realistic given available time and
resources?
Response: The company knows that with the publicity around the launch of the
new designed app, their customer base will grow by at least 15%. Team also
has enough time till the end of Q3 to finish the project.

What makes this goal relevant? Does it support project or business objectives?
Response: The company has a clear vision to support other projects by adding
new websites and increasing brand awareness. This helps in bringing new
customers and also helps with customer retention.

What makes this goal time-bound? Does it include a timeline or deadline?


Response: The goal will be complete if it has a clear deadline, in this case this
needs to be clearly defined that “Office green wants increase brand awareness
by end of Q3.

Goal Two: “Office Green wants to raise the customer retention rate.”
SMART Goal Two: “Office Green want to Create an Operations and Training plan
for Plant Pals to improve on existing customer service standards to boost efficiency
and customer retention rate by 10%. Office green wants to achieve customer
satisfaction rate of 90% this year.”

What makes this goal specific? Does it provide enough detail to avoid
ambiguity?
Response: The Team knows they have to improve customer service standards
by creating operations and training plan for Plant Pals.
What makes this goal measurable? Does it include metrics to gauge success?
Response:
1) Existing customer retention increase by 10% as compared to last year.
2) To achieve a customer satisfaction rating of over 90%.
What makes this goal attainable? Is it realistic given available time and
resources?
Response: Yes, it is realistic to deliver this project by 3rd Quarter and we are
currently in 1st Quarter. And also 70% of customers who left Office Green for
competitors said they did so because they wanted more extensive services. So
it is quite possible that if we provide better services customer retention rate will
definitely increase.

What makes this goal relevant? Does it support project or business objectives?
Response: Office Green goal is to provide plant decor for offices and other
businesses. And with this Project goal company is trying to increase its reach
and provide their services to as much people as possible. So both Goals are
having same aim.
What makes this goal time-bound? Does it include a timeline or deadline?
Response: Yes .It need to be completed by end of 3rd Quarter. Also customer
retention and customer satisfaction for this year need to be 90%..
