1. What are the possible circumstances that might happen if HR plans are ineffective, and how
would you address these circumstances?
 Human resource planning mistakes have a long-term and immediate impact on management
policies, personnel recruiting, company profitability, and organizational performance. Poor
human resource planning will result in a slew of negative consequences, including labor
shortages, demotivated employees, and disgruntled consumers. Poor talent recruiting will
cost your company money in the long run since you'll have to spend more money on
training, rehiring, and so on. In order to address this issues, HR Management should improve
internal communication inside the company, create a successful training program, give staf
more frequent feedback, create a vision for the company's culture, make use of the available
technologies and use data to their advantage.

2. Choose 1 reason why career planning and development are important and provide a sample
situation that will justify its importance.
 One reason why career planning and development is important is that it reduce the number
of employees who leave. HR managers may assist workers in enhancing their talents and
overcoming their deficiencies; as a result, employees may feel grateful, and turnover is
decreased. If an employee appreciates what she does and learns new skills in the job, she is
more likely to stay with the company for a longer amount of time, which boosts employee
morale and motivation. There's a better likelihood of raising morale and motivation if
employees understand and respect the work they do. Their ennui will give way to curiosity,
creativity, and production in due time.
