1) General description of process
Each production shift has to enter order confirmations with the actual cycle time, cavities, down
times, etc. For these confirmations different reports are available.

ZPP_CO14 Daily Report

Select either a certain posting date, a certain confirmation or a work center. In addition the type
of analysis has to be chosen.

[special shifts are used in Germany for shifts at the weekend].

The order confirmation for all machines starting with M* are now shown.
You can use the standard layout functions and excel download for a better overview.

The following information is shown in this daily report:

- Machine
- Product description
- Mould
- Planned cycle time (“Soll-Zyklus”)
- Real cycle time (“Ist-Zyklus”)
- Total quantity (“Menge Gesamt”) – good parts, no scrap
- Number of injections (“Menge Schuss”)
- Planned/ Real Efficiency (“Soll-Ist Leistung”) – real production hours divided by planned
production hours multiplied by 100 [real production hours= confirmed good quantity/
number of production hours]
- Planned/ Real Hours (“Soll-Ist Stunden”) – Real hours divided by planned hours multiplied
with 100
- Number of production hours (“Prod-Stunden”) – number of calculated or manual corrected
hours in the confirmation
- Total hours (“Gesamt”) - number of production hours + downtimes
- Confirmation number
- Date of confirmation

Chose again plant and time frame.

The report now shows all downtimes in the selected time per each downtime reason.

The following information is shown in this monthly report:

- Machine
- Number of production hours (“Prod-Stunden”) – number of calculated or manual corrected
hours in the confirmation
- Downtime reasons (F1-F10)
- Total hours, production hours + downtime (“Gesamt”)
- Planned/ Real Hours (“Soll-Ist Stunden”) – number of production hours divided by total hours
(prod. + downtime) multiplied with 100

The report now shows the following information:

- Material number
- Confirmed good quantity
- Planned production/ hours (“Soll-Produktion/Std”) – number of production hours multiplied
with planned production hours
- Planned/ real hours/ efficiency (“S/I/Std(Lei”) – confirmed good quantity divided by planned
production/ hours multiplied with 100

The report now shows an overview of all order confirmation data:

You can double click on a confirmation and see the details how they were entered:
Display Confirmation (With scrap declaration & scrap cost) :

 Choose the plant (division) and the date then click on Confirmation HT ( Afficher confirmation

 You need to change the form by clicking on

Then Select the form for Scrap view (HTM SCRAP) and click ok :

Now you can see the confirmed scrap and the cost :
