Empowering Humanity ​on Saturday, February 27th, 2021 to Sunday, February 28th,
2021, ​and the preceding social event on Friday, February 26th, ​all held on a virtual
platform.

The 2nd Annual Harvard Undergraduate UNICEF Club Conference requires respect and
good behavior on the part of each participant, for the good and a rich educational experience
for all those involved. By signing below, you and your child indicate that you agree to abide
by the following:

I. R​efrain from using any foul and/or inappropriate language throughout the duration of
the conference, whether in public or private chats, breakout rooms, or any
conference-related activity.
II. Empowering Humanity has a strict anti-harassment policy. Conference organizers will
take action against any attendee who makes offensive verbal comments related to
gender/gender identity, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race,
and/or religion.
III. Sharing of personal details (phone number, email, social media, contact information,
etc) of any conference attendee is prohibited without their consent.
IV. No consumption of alcohol and/or drugs The legal drinking age in Massachusetts is
21 and the use of illicit drugs is a violation of University rules, as well as state and
federal laws. While some guests may be of legal age to drink, we ask that you refrain
from drinking during all conference-related events.

In the event that any of those standards is breached or if you face inappropriate conduct, any
questions or concerns may be directed to ​hello@unicefusa.org​.

participation in this program (including periods of transit).
