$50 Account Opening Bonus Promotion Terms & Conditions

By participating in the $50 Account Opening Bonus Promotion (“Promotion”), you agree to be bound
by the terms and conditions set forth below:

1. ACY Securities, as a trading name of ACY Securities Pty Ltd (“ACY AU”), ABN: 80 150 565 781
AFSL 403863 (registered address: Level 18, 799 Pacific Highway, Chatswood NSW 2067) and
ACY Capital Australia Limited (“ACY LTD”), company number 012868, VFSC 012868 (registered
address: Govant Building, 1276 Port-Vila, Vanuatu), is offering new clients a $50 account
opening bonus during the promotional period from the 01/11/2020 to 30/11/2020
(“Promotion Period”).
2. At all times, please refer to the relevant legal documents of ACY AU and ACY LTD (which can
be found at on our terms page here.
3. This Promotion is only available to new clients of ACY AU and ACY LTD who have been
successfully registered and approved for an account within the Promotion Period and have
never held an account with either ACY AU and ACY LTD previously.
4. Once the account is successfully registered and approved, submit the corresponding ticket in
the client portal (ACY.Cloud) to activate the implementation of the $50 bonus.
5. The $50 Account Opening Bonus will be funded directly into the client’s ACY Securities trading
account.
6. To prevent possible abuse and exploitation of the $50 Account Opening Bonus Promotion,
clients may withdraw their $50 bonus only when the minimum required trading volume is
met.
7. The minimum required trading volume to withdraw the $50 bonus is as follows:
a. 5 lots in FX and/or Metals and/or Oil.
8. Index CFDs, Share CFDs and Crypto CFDs are not included in the trading volume.
9. Clients who deposit their own funds in the $50 Account Opening Bonus Promotion account
and wish to request a withdrawal before meeting the minimum required trading volume may
do so but will forfeit the $50 bonus component funded by ACY Securities (via ACY AU or ACY).
10. The $50 Account Opening Bonus must be redeemed before 7th of December 2020.
11. Recipients of this offer are eligible for the 15% deposit bonus or the 60% deposit bonus.
12. Residents of Canada, USA, Japan, Iran, Iraq are ineligible to enter the promotion.
13. ACY Securities reserves the right to deny any bonus based on its sole discretion and without
notice. All decisions are final.
14. These terms of the Promotion shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

ACY Securities maintains the right to change the terms of promotion at any time. All changes will be
considered retroactive and applicable to any previously applied prizes. Notices will be given to clients
via posting on the website or email. ACY Securities will not be held responsible for failure on the part

right to deny any bonus or reward based on its sole discretion and without notice.
