SUMARY
Stress management is still a big
problem especially for people live in
the city. It can effect mentally and
physically. Despite that, it is still not
clear how much stress affect us
physically. And also stress level affect
people differently. Some can manage
stress with little tough and some very
clear about it. How to manage it?
Some tips is to have a good diet , take
little alcohol, doing exercise and also
find some activities or hobbies. It is
also important to train our mind so
that we can think properly and not too
over and have a good laugh :D
