ZTE Export Control Compliance Highlights

I. Instructions for Subcontractors that Have Access to ZTE's Items:

The subcontractors who have access to ZTE's items during the project implementation
process shall comply with the following requirements:
Transport materials from the warehouse to the specified places in strict accordance with
the requirements of the ZTE project team, and do not transfer the materials to other places
without authorization.
Keep ZTE's items properly and do not lend them to any third party or leave them to any
unauthorized person in the process of the engineering construction or transportation.
Report the situation to ZTE immediately if any material is damaged or missing in the
project implementation process.
II. Red Flags:
If any of the red flags below arises, put the business activity on hold and report it to ZTE
immediately:
A call is from a customer in a "sanctioned country/region".
Packages or related shipping documents of materials contain information about
shipment in "sanctioned countries/regions".
III. Recordkeeping:
All subcontractor personnel who involved in documents submission of ZTE project
should keep records in accordance with the following requirements:
1. In accordance with ZTE service specifications, deliver the related records (including
printed and electronic records) to ZTE personnel or save them in the ZTE system in a timely
manner.
2. It is not allowed to falsify, forge, or compile a record that is inconsistent with the actual
business. The corresponding record shall be provided completely, clearly, and accurately.
IV. Export Control Classification Number ("ECCN"):
As part of the compliance work, ZTE provides the customer and business partner with the
Export Control Classification Number ("ECCN") applicable to the items, the de minimis
calculation of items containing U.S.-origin controlled components and other export control
information of the products subject to Export Administration Regulations. Please refer to ZTE

V. ZTE Export Control Compliance Red Lines:
ZTE is prohibited from conducting any business involving sanctioned countries/regions
and parties in sanctioned countries/regions, even if the business is not in the sanctioned
countries/regions (Iran, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, and the Crimea Region).
ZTE is prohibited from any business involving restricted parties unless the business is
lawful and approved by the Chief Export Compliance Officer or his designee.
ZTE is prohibited from any business involving military end-uses, and prohibited from any
business involving military entities, armed police, or nuclear industry unless the business is
approved by the Export Control Compliance Department.
ZTE is prohibited from engaging in any business involving human rights violations or
unlawful interceptions/surveillance.

প্রকল্প বাস্তবায়ন প্রক্রিয়া চলাকালীন জেডটিইয়ের আইটেমগুলিতে অ্যাক্সেস থাকা সাবকন্ট্র্যাক্টররা নিম্নলিখিত
প্রয়োজনীয়তাগুলি মেনে চলবেন:

জেডটিই প্রকল্প দলের প্রয়োজনীয়তা অনুসারে গুদাম থেকে নির্দি ষ্ট স্থানে উপকরণগুলি পরিবহন, এবং অনুমতি ছাড়াই
উপকরণগুলি অন্য জায়গায় স্থানান্তর করবেন না।

জেডটিইয়ের আইটেমগুলি যথাযথভাবে রাখুন এবং এগুলি কোনও তৃ তীয় পক্ষের কাছে দেবেন না বা ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং নির্মাণ বা
পরিবহন প্রক্রিয়াতে কোনও অননুমোদিত ব্যক্তির কাছে এনে রাখবেন না।

প্রকল্প বাস্তবায়ন প্রক্রিয়ায় কোনও উপাদান ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ বা নিখোঁজ হয়ে থাকলে অবিলম্বে জেডটিইতে পরিস্থিতি জানান।

II. লাল পতাকাগুলো:

নীচে লাল পতাকাগুলির মধ্যে যদি কোনও উত্থাপিত হয়, তবে ব্যবসায়িক ক্রিয়াকলাপটি বন্ধ রাখুন এবং অবিলম্বে
জেডটিইতে এটি রিপোর্ট করুন:

১। "অনুমোদিত অনুমোদিত দেশ / অঞ্চল" এর কোনও গ্রাহকের কল।

২। প্যাকেজগুলি বা উপকরণ সম্পর্কি ত শিপিং নথিগুলিতে "অনুমোদিত দেশ / অঞ্চল" এ চালানের বিষয়ে তথ্য থাকে।

III. নথি সংরক্ষনঃ:

জেডটিই প্রকল্পের নথি জমা দেওয়ার সাথে জড়িত সকল সাব কন্ট্রাক্টর কর্মীদের নিম্নলিখিত প্রয়োজনীয়তা অনুসারে রেকর্ড
রাখতে হবে:

১. জেডটিই সার্ভি স স্পেসিফিকেশন অনুসারে জেডটিই কর্মীদের কাছে সম্পর্কি ত রেকর্ড গুলি (প্রিন্টেড এবং ইলেকট্রনিক
রেকর্ড সহ) হস্তান্তর করুন বা সময় মতো জেডটিই সিস্টেমে সংরক্ষণ করুন

২. এটি প্রকৃ ত ব্যবসায়ের সাথে সঙ্গতিপূর্ণ নয় এমন কোনও রেকর্ড মিথ্যা, জালিয়াতি বা সংকলন করার অনুমতি নেই।
সম্পর্কি ত রেকর্ড সম্পূর্ণ, স্পষ্ট এবং নির্ভু লভাবে সরবরাহ করতে হবে।

IV. রফতানি নিয়ন্ত্রণের শ্রেণিবদ্ধকরণ নম্বর ("ECCN"):

সম্মতিমূলক কাজের অংশ হিসাবে, জেডটিই গ্রাহক এবং ব্যবসায়িক অংশীদারকে আইটেমগুলির জন্য প্রযোজ্য এক্সপোর্ট
কন্ট্রোল ক্লাসিফিকেশন নম্বর ("ইসিসিএন") সরবরাহ করে, মার্কি ন-উত্পন্ন নিয়ন্ত্রিত উপাদান এবং আইটেমগুলির অন্যান্য রফতানি
নিয়ন্ত্রণ তথ্যযুক্ত আইটেমগুলির ডি মিনিমিস গণনা রফতানি প্রশাসন নিয়ন্ত্রণের সাপেক্ষে। ইসিসিএন বিবরণের জন্য দয়া করে

V. জেডটিই রফতানি নিয়ন্ত্রণ রেড লাইনের:

অনুমোদিত ব্যবসায় / অনুমোদিত অঞ্চল / অঞ্চল (ইরান, কিউবা, সিরিয়া, উত্তর কোরিয়া, এবং ক্রিমিয়া অঞ্চল) না থাকলেও
জেডটিই অনুমোদিত অনুমোদিত দেশ / অঞ্চল এবং অনুমোদিত দেশ / অঞ্চলগুলিতে অনুমোদিত কোনও ব্যবসা পরিচালনা
করতে নিষেধ।

চিফ রফতানি কমপ্লায়েন্স অফিসার বা তার মনোনীত দ্বারা অনুমোদিত না হলে সীমাবদ্ধ দলগুলির সাথে জড়িত যে কোনও
ব্যবসায় থেকে জেডটিই নিষিদ্ধ।

আর্মির সাথে জড়িত যে কোনও ব্যবসা থেকে জেডটিই নিষিদ্ধ, এবং রফতানি নিয়ন্ত্রণ নিয়ন্ত্রণ সংস্থা কর্তৃ ক অনুমোদিত না হলে
সামরিক সত্তা, সশস্ত্র পুলিশ, বা পারমাণবিক শিল্পের সাথে জড়িত কোনও ব্যবসা নিষিদ্ধ।

জেডটিই মানবাধিকার লঙ্ঘন বা বেআইনী বাধা / নজরদারি জড়িত যে কোনও ব্যবসায় জড়িত থেকে নিষিদ্ধ।

VI. প্রতিবেদন লঙ্ঘন:

যদি আপনার কোনও লঙ্ঘন দেখা যায় তবে দয়া করে তাড়াতাড়ি নিম্নলিখিত উপায়ে জেডটিইতে এটি রিপোর্ট করুন নিচের
