Dear sir,

Mandatory spares Lot-2 is ready at our works for despatch to 1X525MW MEIL Tuticorin TPS Stage-IV site.

As per contract payment terms, all the payment shall be made through Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) and
MEIL shall establish Letter of Credit enabling us to effect despatch of material from TRICHY.

We request you give MDCC for the items as mentioned in “Annexure-1” for dispatch of the spares
indicated in Annexure .
