I expect fascinating, enjoyable, and demanding duties in this field and to
prepare me not only for exams, but also for life in general especially when inside the laboratory. I also expect to learn valuable lessons about clinical bacteriology from my teacher, whom I expect would be engaging, fun, wise and knowledgeable. The most beneficial aspect of this subject, in my opinion, is that it will allow me to explore and enhance my scientific knowledge. To recognize the major pathogenic yeast and bacteria groups to humans that includes their occurrence, the illnesses they cause, and the reasoning behind the laboratory tests used to isolate, identify, and test antibiotic susceptibility. To make basic plate reading easier and to perform speedy presumptive and confirmation identification tests on isolates so that the prescribing doctor has the proper information. On the other hand, the fact that the lectures were online and there were no such tools to experience experimenting would be the most tough aspect of this subject for me, but I would take all of the teachings to heart and apply them by doing my best in all of the activities. With my eagerness to learn and improve, I hope to fulfill and even exceed my goals for the term.
