Telugu Varnamala Chart 

is consist
of atchulu and hallulu. However, it is a popular
language Indian. Spoken in states of Andhra
Pradesh, Telangana and the union territories
of Puducherry (Yanam) by the Telugu people. Telugu
ranks fourth among the languages with the highest
number of native speakers in India.
Telugu Varnamala Chart
 The symbols used in this “Telugu Varnamala”
are intended to facilitate the transliteration
template of the vowels, consonants,
gunintamulu and the vowel-consonant
clusters, i.e., vottulu.
 Telugu words generally end in vowels. In Old
Telugu, this was absolute; in the modern
language m, n, y, w may end a word. Telugu
does not have contrastive stress, and speakers
vary on where they perceive stress. Most
places it on the penultimate or final syllable,
depending on word and vowel length.
Vowels (అచ్చులు atchulu)
 Telugu uses eighteen vowels, each of which
has both an independent form and
a diacritic form used with consonants to
create syllables. The language makes a
distinction between short and long vowels.

These two alphabets (ఌ  ౡ) are hardly used in the Telugu Language.
