the schools started to regulate the delivery service. Some schools established the

速发展，校园网络外卖平台竞争十分激烈

一些平台为了抢占市场占有率，不惜放低门槛，降低审核标准，让不少良莠不
齐、来路不明的外卖店家加入到校园网络外卖平台中来，带来很大的安全隐患，
Some of the platforms loosened their limitation and lowered their checkup standard in
order to get more popularity in the market, which caused counterproductively in food
security at the campus since more unreliable and unauthorized store entered into the
online platform of campus.
而学校饭堂由于处于学校的监管之下，食品安全有一定的保障，所以从这个角
度说，学校限外卖有其合理性。
In contract to the school canteen, canteen is inspected by school and guarantee the
food security.. To this extend, it’s legit for school to restrict it.
但是，高校对外卖一禁了之并不是良策
However, forbiddances of delivery doesn’t work in the long run.
网络外卖的存在除了带给学生方便之外，还可以对学校饭堂起到促进的作用，
提高其竞争意识，迫使他们不断创新，让饭堂口味选择更加多样化、更加吸引
人，这样不是更好？
Online ordered delivery services not only bring student lots of convenience, but
become the stimulation for canteen to improve themselves. Through increasing the
competitive threatens, school canteen would be coerced to develop the diversity off
food. Wouldn’t it such a good idea to see more variety and delicious food offered in
canteen ?
当然，“安全”与“美味”并不对立，外卖平台以及相关的管理部门要加强监
管责任，提高外卖店家的安全准入门槛，杜绝那些存在安全隐患的外卖店家上
线，依法加强打击，从源头上杜绝那些“毒”外卖流入学校中。
Surely, food security and tasting delicious aren’t contradictory. The online order
platform and relevant governmental official should take the duty enhancing the sensor
system. Reject the poor quality food stores which intended to join in the platform
by strengthen the limitation on food security. Expose the illegal things and be abided
by the law；can we eradiated the toxic food float into the campus from the root.
