Agenda of the meeting: Improvement of unhygienic conditions in the mentioned areas of

the Prep school.
Main points:
The following points were discussed in detail.
 Hygienic condition of school cafeteria
 Quality of food items in the canteen
 Personal hygiene of cafeteria staff
 Have a continuous observation of washrooms, classrooms and water filters for
unhygienic conditions on daily basis
 Design and define complain form for the unhygienic situation

Agenda of the meeting: Points of concern

Main points:
In order to ensure central coordination of safety efforts to constantly improve and maintain the
climate and culture of the school, and the need for representation from various perspectives on
school safety and security, allotments w.r.t responsibilities were made to various staff members and
the following points were discussed.

 Civil works (School Building) ZT, TMK

The Members will be responsible for school building projects requiring new construction
and repairing of the damage area of the school building.

 Electric Wiring and Equipment GMK, MSA

The Members will be looking after the electrical works, ongoing and
springing up for school buildings. They shall be responsible for such other
related matters as may, from time to time, be
referred to it.
 Furniture in Classrooms ABQ, SAQ

 Chemicals AM

 Lockers AT, Shannahs
