TAB CONFIGURATION STEPS FOR ZOHO MDM

1. Kindly check the System update from setting.


Setting --> About tablet --> System update. (update latest version)

2. After updation OS with latest version. Follow the below steps.


Setting --> About tablet --> Reset options --> Factory data reset.

 Click on START.

 Click on More and Accept.


 SKIP Mobile Network option
 Enter Preferred WIFI
 Click on Don’t Copy.

 Now Ask to enter Email so Enter MDM code and click on Next.
MDM Code: afw#memdm.
 Click on Install and wait till MDM application gets installed.
 Click on Setup to setup ZOHO MDM

 Click on Accept and Continue.


 Click on More and Accept for Google Service.
 Wait till Tab enabling the setup.

 Click on Close app option.


 Scan shared QR code.

After scanning QR code, Open the MDM application and click on Device details and
SYNC server.
Shared details in below format.

Asset tag IMEI no Serial no.

After sharing data will assign tab with tab support id then follow the below steps to
set the password and enable the ZOHO MDM in tablet.

Open the MDM app --> Device details --> Sync Server.

Scroll down the Notification Bar and Click on Set a complaint passcode!.
And follow the screen shot for reset Passcode.
Enter Common password : a12345 for all tabs.
Click on Setting from TAB and click on Security and Location and follow the below
screen shot for enable the Manage engine MDM.
24. Wait till all Applications are installed successfully..
