Step 1: Go to Google—Type SonicWall VPN Client Setup in Search Option and open 1st link

as shows Below and then the VPN client page will open

Step 2: After you open above page click on Connect Tunnel Option as shows above and
then you will go below screen

Step 3: Then click on version option and select the download file as per your system
configuration ie 32 bit or 64 bit, select the one and click on download option and then
client will download

Step 4: Double click on the downloaded setup file to start the installation

Step 5: SonicWall VPN installation is complete, click “YES “to restart.

(Note: Even if you do not get the restart message on screen,please restart your desktop /
laptop at this stage.)

Note: IT is mandatory to restart the desktop/laptop

Step 6: Upon restarting the system, double click on the " Connect Tunnel Orange Color
Icon" Icon on your desktop to start the configuration.

Follow the below steps to complete the SonicWall VPN Configuration.

A. Click on Add Configuration

B. Enter name and host name in the window as mentioned below
i.e. remote.hdfc.com Click on apply

C. After clicking on apply kindly click connect on as per below screenshot

It will ask for log in group so kindly select log in group as per your Organization

For HDFC Ltd & DSA Domain & HDFC BANK Users kindly select HDFC.COM
For HDFC Local Agency & TPDSA Users kindly select HDFC Local
For HDFC Sales Users kindly select HDFC SALES
For HDFC Fund Users kindly select HDFC FUND
For 2 Factor Authentication Users Kindly Select Radius Server LTD

Need to select your login group as per your Organization.
HDFC FUND: - Users using HDFCFUND domain windows ID (HDFC Mutual Fund / AMC
Users)
HDFC Local: - Online TECH/FCI users and Loan Tracker users of various DSA's of HDFC
LTD
HDFC SALES: - Users using HDFCSALES domain windows ID (HDFC Sales Users)
HDFC.COM: - Users using HDFC domain windows ID (HDFC Ltd Users)
HDFC COM: - Users from HDFC BANK users (HDFC BANK Users)
Radius Server LTD: Users Using 2 Factor authentication with HDFC Domain Windows
ID

A. After selecting the log in group select apply or ok

B. After clicking ok, it will ask for accept the acceptance policy so kindly click on Ok
as per below screen shot

C. After clicking Ok on acceptance policy then it will ask for VPN ID and password
so enter your VPN ID and password and click on OK

D. After clicking on OK you will get below screen as Device Missing Error

Click on the " OK "

A. Then kindly mail to IT Service Desk or call Helpdesk for Device Mapping of
mention VPN ID on Email : itsdesk@hdfcsupport.co.in and Phone - 022 - 6754

B. After you mailed or call to the Helpdesk for Mapping and after their reply as they
have mapped the Device ID, kindly reconnect VPN and you will get below screen
shot

Once you get above screen, the SonicWall VPN Install and Configuration is Successfully
Completed.
