REG. 10.(4) A contractor shall ensure-
REG. 10.(4)(c)(i) approved as suitable and of sufficient strength for the purpose for which
they are been used, having regard to the work been carried out and the
load, including any person, they are intended to bear.

Duties:
1. Assist compliance with the construction regulation 10.
2. Assist risk assessments are conducted prior to commencing work in elevated positions.
3. Assist persons required to work in elevated position are physically and psychologically fit.
4. Assist all employees required to work in elevated positions are trained.
5. Assist all fall arrest equipment is inspected and maintained.
6. Assist the construction supervisor is issued the latest version of the fall protection plan.
7. Assist Roof work is included in the planning
