Mini-Proposal for Group Research Project Assignment

Dear Research Course Participants!

Please, make a group of 5-10 participants based on your specialty, organization etc. and
workout as a small proposal for your prosed research idea which you could plan for doing it to
fulfill the Research Course requirement.
To make the task easy you can start under the following headings:
1. A clear Idea/Topic/Problem about your project

3. One to two main objectives of the project

4. Do a literature review based on your research question and objectives, and get 5-10
pertinent articles that match your research idea. Include the references here:

5. Now read those articles and summarize the salient findings from these articles:
Very brief summary of all 5-10 articles in a one page, this will be your a preliminary
literature review to guide/support your research questions and objectives.
6. Now write the method as how you would like to do your project (based on your
research objectives and questions). The literature review will help you in this step a lot.
7. Review your 1-3 steps based on your literature search.

ii. If your answer is yes, we continue. But can you modify the research
question/s?

iii. Can you modify your objectives, which were written earlier?

iv. Can you modify your methods of conducting this topic based on the
modified research questions and objectives? Also, taking into
consideration the published literature findings?
v. What is the data collection tool will you use? Write a brief description of
it. In the method section.
This will appear as a very small or mini-proposal for your project, but you will develop later as
the main project proposal. This mini-proposal should not go beyond 3-5 pages. If you could
complete this mini task and send it to the Research Courses Coordinator.
After getting the feedback, you can start your project under the SCFHS guidance.
