Northumberland heights resort

Website

● The ‘Book Now’ button is merging with the background. Highlight

the ‘Book Now’ button with a different color. Having a highlighted
CTA (call to action) button improves the click-through rate on both
PC and mobile devices
● Remove the ‘Powered by WebRezPro’ banner from footer on the
booking page if you can. It shouldn’t affect the conversions in any
way, but having it affects the aesthetics.
● Accordig to GTmetrix report, the website performs poorly with
loading time. Complete loading takes up to 11s, which is way too
much considering the attention span of the average internet user
has fallen down to 8s!

● Improving website loading speed is very important. I can see your

website is built with WordPress. Consulting with a web developer
should help with website speed optimization.
● Clearly highlight the benefits of the mentioned features.
● REMOVE the Ozone signature section. It is leading to Ozone
Signature India website which contains words and references
which would not align with Canadians.
Eg:

● To promote email signups, give clear benefits.

Google Map Listing

● It is pretty much optimized

● Some extra tips:
○ add one new photo every 6-7 days.
○ For your thumbnail upload the logo.
○ For cover photo upload something which represents your
brand.
○ Upload clear quality images with a clear depiction of services
(eg: ayurvedic spa etc).
○ Geotag your photos to further your prominence in your area.
● Reviews are the No 1 factor when it comes to consumer buying.
For most searches performed on Google, the first three local
results that appear (in what is known as the “Local 3-Pack”) are the
ones with multiple reviews and solid star ratings:
○ Take measures to consistently keep it above 4.8
○ Some measures: “Gift” customers before asking them to
review you. Gift can be anything from a free drink to dessert,
to some merch.
○ Keep some delay in gifting and asking for review while they
checkout.
○ Convey how google Maps reviews help you. Remind
customers that reviews aren’t just for your benefit; they help
people who have the same pain points as them to find a
solution and make informed decisions.
○ Bad customers are inevitable. Contact them after
implementing some of their feedback and request them to
edit their review ratings. (I went through the reviews, even
reviews whose text content was on the scale of 3-4 was
given the numeric rating of less than 3)

● Q& A
○ Seed your own Q&A questions. You can ask the most
frequently asked questions and answer them yourselves.
This will establish trust in your brand on google Maps listing.
○ Add questions and answers with focus on keywords
Paid Ads/Listings

Facebook

● Avoid using hashtags for paid ads

○ Do not start with “Click learn more to buy now”

● ‘Learn more’ is ideal when running brand awareness ads, but it

should not be used for conversion/traffic ads
● Need better precise ad copy

Google Ads/Search
I changed my location to Toronto using a VPN and did related searches
● No results were displayed for your wellness center keywords
● This is the most I can audit since I don’t have access to your
google ads account
Booking.com
● Add relevant images of USPs along with the ones uploaded already

● Add more keywords to the listing description on Booking.com

● Same suggestions for Tripadvisor, MakeMyTrip etc (observation:

Listing descriptions are different on all listing websites, not sure if
you have intentionally done it to A/B test)
Social Media

Facebook & Instagram

● Cluttered with posts showing only offers
● No branding/educational content
● No content adding value to new visitors or to create the mouth of
word publicity

● Facebook copy can be improved with relevant keywords

● Next to null posts related to wedding venue/ corporate venue
SEO (Search engine optimization)
● On page SEO is great. I verified it myself by doing manual searches
on google. You ranked in the top 4 searches most of the time

● Backlinks, performance and usability needs heavy attention
