The Premier League's winter break is underway with West Ham handed a 13 day break

between their visit to Old Trafford and the FA Cup tie with Kidderminster Harriers.

The Hammers went into the break on the back of two successive defeats and will be
determined to bounce back into action with a win on Saturday, February 5. The fixtures then
come thick and fast for David Moyes' team with a home Premier League clash against
Watford on February 8 before an away trip to Leicester City on February 13.

Before the Hammers' next match, Moyes aims to be active in the transfer market and have
some fresh faces available to him for the trip to Kidderminster.

"I am still hopeful that we will add a couple of players before the window closes," Moyes
said prior to the defeat against Manchester United.

He added: "We would like to add to the squad if we can, if we can find players who we think
are more suitable we could do with some more back up if we can but there is never a
guarantee in January with the players you want or if the right ones are available or gettable.
But we are certainly looking around."
