    On 09/09/2015, Charles Rodman, of Gesmer Updegrave, counsel for S & A Capital Partners, Inc., filed a proposed Consent Final Judgment. The Schneider's have known Rodman for many years and Rodman had involvement in the Schneider's Entities litigation against JPMorgan Chase Bank. Specifically, the matter of S & A Capital Partners, Inc. v Patricia King in Florida's 17th Judicial Circuit, case no. 13-212680, in which JPMorgan Chase, through the robo-signing firm of Nationwide Title Clearing, filed a Fraudulent Release of Lien in the public records of Volusia County, Florida. This was despite Chase neither having owned or serviced the King mortgage, since selling the loan to S & A in January 2010, thirteen years prior. Chase and NWTC conspired to create a fictional document, named VACATION AND RECISSION OF MODIFICATION OF MORTGAGE, claiming, "Through inadvertence and mistake the undersigned executed a Home Affordable Modification" which was recorded on 11/06/2013. The document referred to was NOT a HAMP Modification. It was a Release of Lien, which Chase asserted credit under HAMP. Both the Release of Lien and Vacation of Modification were both prepared by Erika Lance of Nationwide Title Clearing, who is not an attorney and did not verify the information contained in the filed documents.
