Partnership Case Study

Husna, Alisa and Sofea are partners in a business of garage, it has been agreed between
all of them that only Husna and Sofea can apply for business loans. However, unknown to
the other partners, alisa had borrowed some money from alia, her sister, worth RM 10000.
the money was later used to pay some of the firm's debts and to buy some new tools for the
business. when Alia asked for payment, the firm refused to pay on the grounds that Alisa
has no right to borrow the said sum.
