CHAPTER 5

INTRODUCTION
This Chapter consists The Summary of Findings, Conclusions, and
Recommendation made as a result of the research. This Reseaarch aims to investigate
and evaluate The Effectiveness of Modular Implementation In Philippine College of
Criminology. Researchers used survey questionnaires filled out by modular students to
determine its effectiveness. It had both beneficial and detrimental effects on the learner,
according to our findings.

SUMMARY OF FINDINGS

This study aimed to determine the Effectiveness of Modular Implementation in

Philippine College of Criminology and the researcher findings of the study are as follow:

1. Is the module effective for students?

1.1 Based on our survey, it is effective for some students and not for other
students, but most of the modular students are slightly confident in completing
the tasks and answering activities in the module.

2. How did the module become effective for students?

2.2 Based on our survey the module became effective for students because most
of them answered slightly confident to the statements were we ask all the positive
effects of being a modular students. Effects like completing the assigned works, can
understand and learn all the ideas and materials presented in the module, can do all the
hardest work in module and can remember what they learned in the current module to
next school year.
CONCLUSION
Based on the findings of the study, the following conclusions are as follows:

1. The modular students that studying at Philippine College of Criminology who

are currently enrolled in Grade 12 Humanities and Social Sciences ranged from 17-20
years old.
2. It also seems that the modular implementation in Philippine College of
Criminology is effective for some students which ages 18 and 19 years old.
3. Most of them answered slightly confident that lead the researchers to conclude
that most of the students understand the given instructions in the module and that they
can learn a lesson or a topic through module.

RECOMMENDATION
School
- The researchers highly recommend to the academy that they should implement
programs that will make the students gain their confidence over the virtual
learning environment.

Teachers
- The researchers would like to recommend to the teachers that they should try
various types of learning methods so the students won’t lose their interest to
learn.

Students
- The researchers recommend that students should try other types of learning
methods and find a method which they are confident and comfortable to learn in.

Future Researchers
- The researchers suggest that future researchers should read this study since it
has various types of primary and secondary data that they could use throughout
their research.
