Coaching skills self-assessment

Women Leading in Education Coaching Pledge Factsheet

In order to help you consider your experience and confidence in your coaching skills,
we have created the self-assessment scorecard below. We hope that this will help you
think about the areas in which you are confident in you skills and the areas you will
want to pay closer attention to.

In order to get a rounded view, you might want to ask some of your previous coachees
and peers for feedback around your strengths and suggestions for development.

For those where you score yourself lower, you can find additional resources in the
Members Area of the WLE Coaching Pledge area of the TSC website. You might also
want to post questions in the forum area to seek advice of peer coaches.
