undersigned ____________, and _______________, our apartment property located in _____________,

units and other annexes with a surface area of ______ sqm, a balcony with a surface of
_______________, with forced co-ownership and perpetual right to all parts of the building, which
by their nature or purpose are for the common enjoyment of all property owners from the building.
In addition to the apartment it is transferred for quiet enjoyment during the construction the
area of_______________, land affixed to the property, land passing in the Buyer’s ownership upon
Buyer’s request as provided by art. 36 paragraph 2 and 3 of Law no. 18/1991, republished.
