She might show just a picture or cartoon of the phobia. Then she
sometimes shows a film, and finally she asks the person to touch
the object.

My Phobia

I don't know when it started, although I can remember that when I

made a trip to the snowy huaytapallana and we were at the highest
point, I slipped and couldn't get up, that's when I stood next to a
hole there, my father yelled at me and told me that I will not look
down but I just did it and I felt so afraid that from that moment I
have a phobia of heights, before I could be in a tall building and I
was not afraid but now it is enough for me that this is in a high place
and my phobia it begins to generate vertigo and chills.

So now I try not to go to places that are very high so as not to feel
afraid, I know that one day I will be able to overcome this phobia
that happened to me out of nowhere and I hope so because I would
love to return to Huaytapallana and see everything from what
higher.
