    3- A non detected antigen result in patient with clinical suspicion of COVID-19 does not rule out the presence of virus in low
    concentration and can be confirmed with RT-PCR at medical criteria.
    4-Comparing with the RT-PCR SARS-CoV-2 method,was observed the general sensitivity of 74 -84% % and specificity of 100 %
