Every Device it may be mac / Windows has feature of extracting the .zip format. To extract the .zip file you need to right click on file and click extract here or you can provide the specific location where you want the files to be. You need to click the plus symbol on the presets of Development Section. After Clicking on Plus Symbol you need to click the Import Presets Option and than choose all the presets present in your .xmp folder and Click On import to Import.
