c. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Second Amendment to Agreement No.
C-19-0112 with Volkert, Inc. to provide Owner's Representative services to manage the
planning, design, bidding, and construction of a new Public Safety Complex, to increase
the contract price by $480,881.00 for a total contract amount not to exceed
$2,149,841.00. (Requested by Administration)
d. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to the Master Lease
Agreement Between the Public Building Authority and the City of Knoxville With Respect
to City-Owned Property Within the CBID, known as Document No. C-03-0045, in order to
add a portion of property, as further described herein and adjacent to the existing area, to
include an East Tennessee Veterans Memorial Association display as part of the Leased

Remediation Consultants, Inc. to perform on-call drainage maintenance services for

i. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of

j. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Brooke Lynn Bagley,
