STRESS ASSESSMENT
ANALYSIS

1. How do you feel while you were doing the checklist?


While doing the checklist, I was feeling nervous and at the same time, I am also
assessing myself so I can get a result in accordance to my perceived level of stress.

2. Is the result near to your present perceived stress level? How do you feel with the result?
I answered the checklist honestly and I thought I would going to receive high level of
stress, however, the result shows 'Moderate'. Even so, knowing the result makes me feel glad
and thankful. I do think that this is indeed reliable, hence, I came up with a conclusion that I
was just anxious to an extent that it made me feel like I'm so stressful.

3. How do these identified life events affect your life now?


It affected my life but now, I know how and what did I do that caused me stress. It
affects me so much that it made me became focused on these so I could figure out ways how
can I handle it before it consume me.

4. What is your reflection after sharing your answers with a classmate?


I realized that I still know how to balance my self despite of my busy schedule. It was me
who was pushing myself too much, I delve too much on school works which I believe the very
reason why I expected a high level of stress.

5. What is your perception about stress and self-care?


Stress, although inevitable it is still manageable. To think and remain positive will give
you an edge because the more you think you can do it, the more motivation you could get.
Instead of stressing yourself, it is better if you would lend also a time for meditation. Do things
that can help you unwind because there is nothing wrong in rewarding yourself at times when
you feel like your at a slump.
