difficulties such as house searching, travel issues or local policies.

The biggest advantage is that our company is located in North America and our employees can
help the student get used to the new environment in person. Our CEOs are very rich. High

We mainly deal with reserved students and migrant workers from northwest China. According to
our survey, students in the northwest are far less knowledgeable about studying abroad than
those in the north or the south. Therefore, we will provide information to students in this area
(northwest) for this purpose.

Secondly, migrant workers, like reserved students, are in a stage of lack of information. We can
quickly provide them with information about the regions and countries they want to visit. Based
on our founder, our service scope reaches Canada, the United States (North America) Greater
China and Oceania within the scope of work and study.

It's a big market, far from being saturated, and we can also work with schools at home and
abroad to provide them with information. In the early days of the company, each region will
have a principal and four to eight staff members to handle these issues.

We are going to advertise our company on the internet, or through the social media such as

Our sales plan is mainly related to websites, social software, advertising, small programs, etc.
through these methods to attract customers to complete the sales plan. At the same time, we also

Our company is located in New York, because we are familiar with it and close to Canada. The

In our business plan we will set up many different accounts of social software, such as WeChat,

We plan to buy a lot of computers and servers, which is very important to us. We will also
build our own website (paid site) in the future. Computers are also important, because

We also need tables and chairs, sofas and some service facilities for reception work.
Because in our plan, we're not just going to have online service, we're going to have offline
service as well.

Milestones

We have different milestones, with 100 customers and 1000 10000 customers. There
are also milestones in turnover, with a cumulative profit of 10K, 50K, 100K and 1
million. As for the higher, we haven't thought about it, because we haven't opened up
yet, and these are just empty talk. Although we don't think so much, it doesn't mean
we don't have the ambition to be big and strong, after all, no one doesn't want to be

We plan to set up a company evaluation table to evaluate the best employees of each month
according to the number of orders and personal business quota of each person, we will pay
them bonus, we will also deduct 10% of the salary from the last ranking employee of each

According to our company research, there is a great space in Northwest China, and we have a lot
of operation space. The profit is very considerable. According to our calculation, there is at least
35% to 55% growth space in the future because of the rapid development of Northwest China in
recent years.

In the future, the main cost of the company will be on the salary of personnel. With the
development and expansion of the company, there will be at least 500 + employees in the future,
so the salary and all kinds of bonuses will account for the majority. Then there are rent, water
and electricity, and Internet charges. Because we are an information consulting company, we will
spend a lot on the Internet in the future.

Financing
Use of Funds

Our loans and investments will be mainly used for promotion, cooperation with universities,
service, equipment upgrading, and cooperation with the government. As we mentioned before,
we have to work outside, so it is very important to cooperate with the government and some
companies.

According to our current plan, most of the initial funds come from our three founders, some
from family support, and some from bank loans. As our company is in its infancy, we cannot
get a lot of loans, and the current economic environment is not very good, so we can only get
loans by mortgaging our own goods

We don't have a financing plan at the moment, because we don't reach the scale and stage of
financing, we just want to think about how to finance and share allocation in the future. We
will be able to produce more specific financing plans when we reach this stage.
