The bar charts and the line graph illustrate the result of a survey’s results conducted over a

three-period to find out what London dwellers thought of the cities.

Overall, a glance at the proportion of the best things about living in London is a range of
shopping, while most London people dislike the cost of living. Also, the figure for transport
takes up the lowest in a 3-year period. In the line graph, the amount of litter is the highest and
the number of it fluctuated exponentially.

As can be seen in the first bar chart, the highest percentages of Londoners, roughly 42-45
percent, think that the range of shopping is the best thing they fancy about London.
Approximately 35% of job opportunities and a mixture of people are voted for the second
main advantage. In addition, the night life and transport have the lowest rate in the first one,
that followed by 25%. And the distance among three years has no significant change in the
best thing chart.

In the second one, the percentage in year 1 of cost of living, traffic congestion and crime peak
at approximately 60 percent. The crime was a great problem in the first term on the contrary
over time, until in year 2 and year 3, fewer percentage of people showed their concern about
it, from nearly 55% to 40%.
Finally, littering problem was mentioned by the highest ratio of people, 70-75% as a great
concern in London while around 65% and 55% on an average considered air quality and noise
to be a major problem for living in London
