Undertaking to preserve the
confidentiality of data
I, the undersigned ------- acknowledge that while providing
advisory services to Tatweer Building Company (the
“Company”), I have reviewed private information and
documents belonging exclusively to the Company.
Therefore I hereby undertake, personally and in my
above capacity, to comply the following:
1) To keep privileged and not to disclose the subject
matter I am advising on for the benefit of the Com-
pany, including all confidential information I have re-
ceived or obtained, without the prior written consent
of the Company.
I shall also undertake not to transfer any information,
directly or indirectly, to any other company or party
whether this information is related to the technical,
industrial, financial, administrative, commercial
matters operations and plans or any other
information.
2) Not to disclose any documents or any materials be-
longing to the Company to any third Party or Com-
pany.
3) The Company may receive from third parties their con-
fidential and privileged information, which could be
disclosed to me for advisory and revision purposes.
Accordingly, I shall preserve the confidentiality of such
information during and after accomplishing the tasks
allocated to me by the Company.
4) “Confidential Information” means information in con-
nection with the Company and its current and potential
clients which I will have access to in connection with
my work with the Company. Accordingly, I hereby un-
dertake not to transfer, copy or disclose any of the in-
formation in this regard whether through a hard copy,
soft copy or any other form.,

5)upon termination of my work with the Company or upon
receiving a written notice, I shall hand over all information
or documents belonging to the Company or any device
(computer or any similar electronic device) provided by
the Company to facilitate the performance of my work.
In the event that I breach any of the above provisions, the
Company shall be entitled to have recourse to the
competent courts in the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia
claiming adequate indemnities for the damages sustained
as a result of any breach relating to this undertaking.
I also undertake to indemnify the Company against any
and all liability, loss, damage, costs and expenses arising
out of any breach of the terms of this Undertaking Letter
This undertaking represents my final and irrevocable
commitment and may not be denied as I have read all the
provisions and approved the content voluntarily.
This undertaking shall be binding for Five Gregorian years
after following the completion of my task/work with the
Company
