Pursuant to DepEd COVID TASK FORCE COVID-19 Memorandum No. 587 and
reiteration of certain provisions under Division Memorandum No, 002, 2022, Aliaga
National High School is humbly requesting your good office for the approval of its
Alternative Work Arrangement from January to March 2022 for this S.Y. 2021-2022 for
the following reasond stated below:

a. The preparation, completion and finalization of SLMs, Activity sheets,


summative test need limited face to face intervention to hasten development;
b. The distribution-retrieval of SLMs/Summative Test/Activity Sheets to purely
printed distance learning modality learners need on-site reporting and
furthermore;
c. Limited face to face interactions allow teachers to submit needed documents
and identify area of intervention.

Attached herewith is the schedule of alternative work arranmgement of the


following teachers.

Consequently, those teachers who will not be reporting on the different days will
remain on duty through work from home.
