About the Course

SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (SAP RE-FX) submodule is an application component that stands
for Flexible Real Estate Management in RE. It is coming under the RE module (Real Estate Management).
Basically, SAP RE-FX is a complete contract management solution. It enables you to set up different
types of contracts, manage the business partners of your contract in the tool, keep track of critical dates
in the contract lifetime and manage the contract conditions.
Approach to this Course
The training would be provided keeping in mind the target audience. From day 1, the primary focus of
the training would be to clear the concepts first followed by taking a deep dive into the hands-on
session. The hands-on sessions and assignments will help candidates work in real-life scenarios and
clear their doubts on the fly.
Rest assured, training will proceed with the next topic before clearing the doubts from previous
topics/sessions of each individual participant.
Other Deliverables:
1. Each participant of this training will be provided with all the training course material which
includes Session ppts, Labs, Assignments, Assessments, and Labs.
2. The trainer will go through each topic in detail and show it Live on the system and at the end of
the training go through the labs with the participants.
3. For practice, access to the Server/System will be provided for each participant and the
instruction on How to install and configure will be shown Live in class
4. Zoom Webinar will be used to conduct these sessions Live. And each participant will have the
option to chat as well in the session with the trainer and Raise hand for questions without
disturbing the class.
5. The training would be provided keeping in mind the target audience.

Learning Objectives
The participants become familiar with best practices on how to use RE- FX for their business
needs. They learn selected configuration settings for selected processes within SAP Real Estate
Management (Flexible Real Estate Management).

● Overview on corporate use scenarios (Occupancy Planning, Reservation, Move Management,
Internal CO billing, FASB 13 support)
● Information system
● Integration aspects (CO integration, Enterprise Asset Management integration, Project system
integration, PS-CD (FI-CA) integration)
● Tools (correspondence, BDT, BAdI and BAPI usage, Migration programs for former product
version, document management)
