LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION
I, Mr. Italo Sterpetti with passport number: YA6069364, CEO of GTS German Technology Systems GMBH,
dentified with Registration No. HRB5216. based in: Allensteiner 2B- 95448, Bayreuth, Bayern Germany with
reference to the DTC agreement number DTCA53/12/2021 between the parties FARLIN HOLDINGS
SDN. BHD. and MR. S RAZALI BIN ALIAS, AND HIS BANK CIMB BANK BERHAD, 17TH FLOOR , MENARA
CIMB, JALAN CENTRAL,50470 KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby
authorize the RECEIVER to arrange the following transaction and give him full power and authority
to download the amount of €95,000,000,000.00 (NINETY FIVE BILLION EUROS) WITH ROLLS AND
EXTENSIONS, with reference to the transaction of all business related to or connected.

By this LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION, which is UNIQUE AND EXCLUSIVELY to the holder of this
document “THE AUTHORIZED PARTY", is hereby authorized to do the following:

1) Commercial transaction and allowed the Merchant to download the funds to be made by
downloading the DTC Contract for a total amount of €95,000,000,000.00 (NINETY FIVE
BILLION EUROS) WITH ROLLS AND EXTENSIONS, TILL ALL OF THE FUNDS IN THE SERVER
HAVE BEEN EXHAUSTED.

2) The SENDER gives full authorization to the Authorized party to debit the amount
described in this document and charge a service fee for it. Returning the beneficiary, their share of
the money.

3) The holder of this transmission authorizes the Authorized party to receive the amount by
the RECEIVER and he will transfer the Senders part in the Sender Paymaster’s account and
subsequently from this bank account to return the amounts agreed with the holder of the
transmission.

4) This authorization requires the final agreement that I, Mr. Italo Sterpetti to invest
this money in all kinds of projects. Once the download is confirmed, the final agreements between the
parties will come into force.

5) The Data Controller gives full authorization to the Authorized Party to use the means at
his disposal to effectively and conclusively carry out the service for which he has been authorized,
whether by own means and by third parties.

6) The DTC CONTRACT requires that once each transaction has been concluded that a
transaction slip be sent by EMAIL to Sender´s Paymaster.
IN WITNESS THEREFORE,
7) The Data Controller requires that once each transaction has been concluded that a
transaction slip sent by to the Paymaster.

IN WITNESS THEREFORE,

I have executed this DTC download Authorization on this date: 23RD DECEMBER, 2021.
