My stomach and legs because I want my stomach and legs to shrink so they don’t
look big because it’s not also good to see a big belly and legs. And to shrink of
course we need to achieve the body goals we want by work out and to loss some
foods we eat.
All parts of my body I want to retain because all parts of our body is important
and we need it do doing our school works or in our work and by doing other things
that we do in every day.

Look at yourself in front of mirror and answer the following questions:
1. Which part of your body are you most proud of? Why?
My eyes, because eyes is the most important part of our body. Because without my
eyes I can’t see the beautiful things that God has provide me. We can’t see also
the blessing we reserved from God. And without my eyes I can’t see my parents who
really love me and give all my things.
2. Which part of your body are you not happy about? Why?
3. What is your ideal body? Describe the body you want to have.
My ideal body is a healthy body or a sexy body because mostly now women are sexy
like that but I’m not even sexy or what I’m contented with the body shape I have
and we should be proud of ourselves for what I have.
No, I don’t need another body just to be happy, because in the first place we
should thank God that body he/she give to us and we should also be happy with the
body shape we have.
2. Reflect on the lyrics and cite a line that is most striking to you. Explain
why you have chosen it.
“We are beautiful in the single day” for that line define that in every single
day I’m beautiful and yes I’m proud to myself that I’m beautiful inside and out.
And don’t be jealous to other people to their beauty because all people are
beautiful.
For me my own concept of beauty is we should be true to ourselves and be proud and
contented with what we look like a natural beauty. Beauty doesn't has a definite
definition. It can vary from each and every individual. For someone beauty can be the
feast to their eyes whereas for some it's beauty inside and out. It's when you accept who
you are as a person without comparing yourself to the beauty constructed by the society.
For example you need to have white skin to be called beautiful or clear skin to be
appreciated by everyone. Don’t ever compare you beauty to others because we have the
different kind of own beauty.
