2. Months have passed; I worked from different scopes of works under pressures. I
developed my knowledge and skills as a Project Coordinator, Site Engineer, and at
the same time as a trusted civil engineer.
3. My communication skills have been more improved through meeting, site survey and
ocular inspection with my co-engineers and clients.
4. I was trained at the office to make a Tools and Materials Request regarding site
concerns.
6. To dealing with manpower (foreman, leadman, skilled workers, and helpers) is quite
challenging during instructions of the plan. But after all, it’s a fulfillment if the project
is being turned-over to the clients.
7. Masonry works, painting works, and Rebar works were some of our finished projects.
They’re more on renovation and rectification at SM Malls (SM Aura, SM Makati, SM
Megamall, and SM MOA, etc.).
8. I can estimate and create my own formula using Excel spreadsheet and make a
template in order to input the values conveniently.
9. Aside from being a Site Engineer, Project-in-Charge, and Project Engineer, I also
served as QA (Quality Assurance) who audits and checks the quality and quantity of
works being done or to be done.
10. More importantly, supervision and decision making which are the most interesting
and challenging part during implementation have been my greatest achievement
before, during, and after collaboration with my manpower because I was able to
scrutinize things just to resolve issues/problems on site.
1. I was tasked to deliver accurate information to our clients or customers from United
States in a very nice, honest, and professional way of conversation to ensure 100%
Customer Satisfaction.
2. I was trained to do so in order to gain positive feedback from them (both customers
and employers) and to have good performance rating and proper communications
telephonically.
3. I was tasked to process payment options made by the customers from their major
credit cards and/or checking accounts, by keeping these details secured and
confidential, to making sure that products and services (our offered Line of Business
like phone, cable, and internet) would work continuously or would not be interrupted.
