JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Check out all parameters & equipments to run the ash plant defect
free supervision of plant system and inform the concerned
authority about the defects. Familiar with all safty measures and
norms.
Evacuation of esp eco aph hoppers through vacuum lines in dry and wet
mode by hydrovector system/vacuum pumps of capacity 30T/hr through
INDURE designedpanel and PLC panel.
Operation of 500 MT capacity silo(loading and unloading)
Evacuation of bottom ash hopper through hydroejector(jet pump) capacity
60T/hr inwet mode.
Operation of various pumps like ash slurry pump, vertical pumps like High
pressure pumps,lp pumps, refractory cooling,Seal water and drain pumps.
Vaccum Pump
Preparation of all required log sheets of ash handling plant.
