Note: Municipal transactions are considered “Non-standard” transactions, and will require
additional documentation due to CIT, state and local jurisdiction requirements. For municipal
leases, please confirm with your CIT Account Team that the lease documentation noted
above is accurate and complete.
Please note: Any approval is contingent upon i) a review of equipment and documentation, ii) no material adverse
change to the financial condition of the approved lessee and iii) the transaction is not prohibited by law (eg. doing
business with the lessee, guarantor or supplier is subsequently determined to be in violation of US export control laws,
restrictions, and regulations, including those arising out of the Office of Foreign Affairs Control (“OFAC”)). Rate subject to

CIT’s final equipment configuration, equipment type, and review, and is subject to rate blending in the event total cost
exceeds the MSRP allowance described in the published rate charts, special rate quotes, or otherwise exceeds MSRP
(according to Buyers Lab Guide).
