BELIFT LAB Co. The information collected by BELIFT LAB for this audition application are
as follows.

Required: email address, name, gender, country and region, date of birth, address,
mobile phone number, images, audio and video media uploaded by the application, height,
weight, name of legal guardian, phone number of legal guardian, email address of legal
guardian

Optional: personal social media ID

▶ Period of personal data retention: 2 years

※ This personal information handling clause has been created based on Korean law.
※ You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal
information as above. However, you will not be able to apply to the audition if you decline
consent.
