Greetings! We are researchers who are conducting a study entitled “Systems of


Communication of SPCIS Senior High School Department for Distance Learners”. The purpose
of this study is to examine the communication system of SPCIS. It shall be conducted among the
Senior High School students of St. Paul College of Ilocos Sur.

Below is a twenty-item questionnaire that inquires about your perception and experience
in communicating to your teachers/instructors. The gathered answers shall be treated with
complete confidentiality and shall not be linked to you personally, so please answer the questions
as honestly as possible.
