Minutes of the Orientation Meeting on the Crafting of School Improvement Plan (SIP)
July 5, 2019

Agenda:
 Orientation on the crafting of the School Improvement Plan (SIP)
 Roles and responsibilities of the School Planning Team (SPT) in the crafting and implementation
of SIP.

Proceedings:

 The meeting started with an opening prayer led by mam Carmencita Basquinas and followed by
the singing of our national anthem conducted mam Marisen Rempillo.
 The checking of attendance was made by the school head, sir Erwin Louis B. Ranara, everyone is
present.
 Mr. Erwin Louis B. Ranara, the school head thanked everyone for coming for the orientation and
crafting of SIP.
 He presented what is SIP, and what is the importance of SIP in the improvement of the school.
He also stated the role of each member of the school planning team.
 Using the materials available, the school head let the members write their vision of the school in
the near future, what improvement or projects they want to see.
 The group agreed to cooperate and help hand in hand in the preparation of SIP and on its
implementation.
 The meeting was adjourned at 4:30 in the afternoon.
