As we do the work immersion at for me its an challenging process
that I must do compared at school. In this work immersion, I have to be careful and be because it is more on files, documents and paper works that we must encode to have extra copies. Because every files is important
I learned that that in every activities gives lots of knowledge and
interests that we must kept in life. The positive learning gains suggest that work immersion enables the students to acquire and develop the skills of teamwork, communication, attendance and punctuality, productivity and resilience, initiative and proactivity, judgment and decision making, dependability and reliability, attitude, and professionalism.
