 What is a cooperating school?

A cooperating school is a place where student teachers are given the
responsibility of mentoring or providing teaching experience in order to put what they've
learned in the classroom into practice. It will be used as a teaching training guide for
them.
 What are the characteristics of the cooperating school that will nurture and inspire
learner participation?
Friendly, open communication both inside and outside the school contributes to
effective teaching and learning. Positive relationships between school staff and
students are developed in a safe and secure atmosphere. The collaborating school's
features that will develop and motivate student participation are a positive and non-
threatening environment that unites everyone with respect, fairness, support, and
communication.
 How do I cascade the school’s vision, mission, goals, core values and expected
graduate attributes in the daily lesson?
By developing my students' minds as dynamic thinkers and problem-solvers, I
can cascade the school's vision, mission, goals, core values, and expected graduate
traits into my everyday classes.

Since both have a set of standards, knowing the school's profile connects to the
Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers. Teachers should know, be able to accomplish,
and value what this set of standards gives out to attain competence, improved student
learning outcomes, and ultimately, improved educational quality. The profile of the school will
provide teachers an idea of how to make the learning process more successful in the
classroom.

How does the school’s profile connect to your learning as a teaching intern?
The school's profile connects to my learning as a teaching intern by providing me with
a lot of information on how to improve as a teacher, how to maintain classroom harmony and
unity, and how to deal with a diverse group of students. The school's profile also acts as a
benchmark for how I approach my career as a teacher.

What is the impact of knowing the school’s information on students learning?

By upgrading their learning environments, schools have the ability to improve student
achievement. When students learn in a positive setting, they do better. The learning and
academic environments in schools must be favorable to success. Students' learning can be
influenced by school material, which can either improve or worsen their knowledge.

How can you concretize the school’s vision, mission, goals and expected graduate attributes
in your lessons?
I can concretize the school’s VMG by providing a high-quality education that is beneficial to
the students' growth and development. I will assist the school in creating a learning
atmosphere that is conducive, stable, compassionate, motivating, and rewarding for the
children. I'll make sure that my lessons and activities are linked to HOTS, so that my students'
strengths, potentials, and interest in the learning process are developed, and they'll be able
to keep progressing and establishing themselves academically and ethically. For the sake of
all students, I will collaborate with the school to improve the educational system and the
quality of education.
