OFFER OF PROVISIONAL ADMISSION INTO LEVY MWANAWASA MEDICAL UNIVERSITY

With reference to your application for admission in the School of Nursing, I am pleased to inform you
that you have been offered provisional admission leading to the award of Dip in Midwifery in Year 1
with effect from 2021/2022 Academic year.

Please take note of the following conditions, related to your admission and registration which must be
strictly adhered to:

1. Payment of the stipulated University fees (25% of tuition fees and 100% for other fees).
2. Produce at the time of registration the original copies of your certificates, transcripts, national
registration card or passport;
3. Produce a certificate of medical fitness from an authorized government health facility.
4. The programme is on Regular basis. The duration of your course and other conditions relating to it,
will be availed to you.
5. The University has no obligation to provide you with accommodation and meals. Details of
availability of suitable accommodation can be obtained from the Dean of Students.
6. Payment of fees, as in 1 above, may be made no later than Friday, 11th February, 2022.

The programme registration will commence on Monday, 7th February, 2022 and end on Friday 11th
February, 2022. Classes will commence on 14th February 2022. Failure to adhere to the above stated
registration period will result into your place being forfeited. Find the schedule of fees and other
requirements at www.lmmu.ac.zm. Please note that fees shall be deposited through Bill Muster at any
ZANACO Bank ONLY. You are encouraged to start depositing the school fees by 17th January 2022 and
bring with you a deposit slip when reporting.
