4. The lease will be for a period of 99 years from July 16,2021 07:02 AM and will include a clause requiring payment of
the Annual Ground Rent of K 66.00 payable in arrears to the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources by the 31st of
December each year, among others.

5. lf you shall fail or neglect to pay the minimum amount stated in paragraph 1 above within the time stipulated therein,
this offer shall lapse and may thereupon be withdrawn by 30 days'written notice to yourself or by advertisement in the
public media.
