(On 12/24/2020, you requested the Township to provide the following; “Please provide the job applications and resumes for the following Township employees, along with the job descriptions to which each applied to: ‘Tony Miller, Township Manager Jane Deamet, Comptroller Gayle Russell, Sewer Administrator Laura Kauffinan, Office Assistant” Section 302 of the Law obligates the Township to “provide public records in svcordance withthe [Law]". Section 102 ofthe Law defines a “record” as the following: Information, regardless of physical form or characteristis, that documents ‘transaction or activity ofan agency and tat i created, received or retained pursuant to law or in connection with transaction, business or activity of | the agency. ‘The term [record] includes @ document, paper, letter, map, book, tape, photograph, film or sound recording, information slored or ‘maintained electronically and a data-processed or image-process document. ‘The Township has granted your request for the resume’s and job descriptions to ‘which they applied.
